What skills young graduates at work should develop for solid career?

Hello newbie, young enthusiast people who just finished study and started your first career. Building a solid career is a long run. You have huge opportunities to grow and develop if you know where to focus your effort. You may not know yet which field you're interested in and also are good at. There may be something you're good at but not interested and things you like but seems you have no talent at all. The only way to know is to experience as many tasks, jobs, assignments... as possible. Then reflect yourself on experience, try to figure out the following:
1. what you like what you don't about it? Do you enjoy it?
2. what your strength and weakness at each activity?
3. Doing it fits your personality?
4. Do you feel challenging?
5. Does this field have a broad career path to explore in the long-run (10-20 years)
Then you can decide which career path to commit. It may take several year to figure out what fits you. During that exploration, you can develop some of the people skills that are valuable in any career types. These skills are critical to your career success and also contribute positively to your personal life. What are they?
Today and in future, your ability to work with people, to influence them, to lead them determines your ability to success. The work environment and job nature require huge human interaction. We collaborate with colleagues in office, around the world, from different educations, cultures. No matter how well your expertise is, without effective relationship, we cannot produce expected results. We work together to get what we cannot achieve alone.
